Welcome to Blue Heron Associates, born from my passion to help leaders unleash their potential - for themselves, their teams and their organizations. For more than two decades, I've partnered with leaders in consulting on strategy, culture, and change and in coaching. Prior to that, I served as a senior leader of strategy, helping organizations grow and change.

As of this year, I'll be focusing solely on 1:1 coaching, team coaching, and retreat design and facilitation, a strategic move that enables my next phase integration of work and life while continuing the rewarding work of partnering with leaders in their development.
