Leadership
Our approach involves understanding your needs, an assessment of the current situation (through interviews, observation and/or assessments), and co-creation of a design to achieve your objectives. The design typically includes some level of individual work since we believe that every organizational change begins with the individual.
Our leadership and team development group programs interweave presentation, discussion, small group conversation and group exercises. The exercises provide an opportunity to reinforce the concepts and serve as a powerful metaphor to retain the knowledge gained.

We work with individuals and groups of leaders to help optimize their potential in leading the organization and their satisfaction in their role and contribution. One of our greatest measurements of satisfaction is when we hear the joy in individuals' voices as they share an experience in which they have inspired followers to new heights because of our work with them.

We draw from 25+ years experience serving in leadership across many venues. We apply theory and practice in general leadership and focal areas such as emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and positive psychology. In addition, we understand the powerful interdependence between leadership and organizational culture.
