WHY BLUE HERON?
No … we're not “for the birds”. We believe that:
- People need to be centered and grounded to do their best work, and
- The environment needs to be healthy and supportive to nurture exceptional performance.
We have been fortunate to spend time along beautiful waterways such as the Chesapeake Bay, places of renewal and contemplation. This is part of what enables us to bring our best to each client. The blue heron is a familiar site along the Bay. At one time though, when the Bay was neglected, the habitat became toxic for the heron and they were near extinction. Our work with leaders helps to create healthy organizational environments.
